Our Apparel: The Breakdown

  • How are your products made?
    We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!  

    What style are your t-shirts?
    All of our BELLA+CANVAS 3001 t-shirts are unisex and feature a crew neck and a tailored fit. They offer a smart but casual style and are designed to flatter a variety of body types. The fabric is light and comfortable on the skin, making it pleasant to wear.

    The solid colors of the BELLA+CANVAS are composed of 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton.

    The BELLA+CANVAS 3001 unisex jersey tee is a fan favorite among customers.

    • Pre-shrunk fabric.

    • Side-seamed construction: two parts sewed together, creating a fitted look.

    All products are made on demand. No minimums.

  • How do I care for my t-shirt to maintain its quality?

    T-shirt Care Instructions:

    • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

    • Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

    • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

    • Do not dry clean.

  • Can I customize or personalize a t-shirt?

    We do not offer customization or personalization at this time. However, if you have any suggestions or feedback you would like to share, please drop us a line at info@chillybeaver.com!

  • Sizing information is provided on each item page to better assist you in making the right size decision.

    T-shirts
    The BELLA+CANVAS 3001 t-shirt features a retail fit. It has a modern, slightly tailored shape with a fit that is slightly more snug than most t-shirts available on the market. It is not too loose or tight, providing a comfortable and flattering fit for most body types.

    Our BELLA+CANVAS 3001 is a unisex t-shirt that feels soft and light with just the right amount of stretch. It is comfortable and flattering for all, and it won’t look baggy when worn. It has a standard length, and the fabric easily gives into movement.

    We can't compliment this shirt enough–it's a customer favorite, and it's sure to be your next favorite too!

  • Product disclaimers:
    Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Once your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

    You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

    If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.

Ordering, Shipping & Returns: The Essentials

  • Do I need an account to place an order?
    No. Logging into an account at checkout is optional. Customers without an account can check out as a guest.

    Create an account at checkout
    After you enter your email, shipping, and billing information, you can check Create an account for faster checkout and create a password for a new account. Customer account passwords must be at least 10 characters.

    Create an account after checkout
    After checkout, your order confirmation page will contain a link you can click on to create a customer account. You can also review your order status page after placing an order, which will include a link to create a customer account.

    Sign In link
    You can create a new account or log in to an existing account by clicking on the Sign In link at the top right corner of the website.

    Signing out of your account
    You can sign out of your customer account by clicking Account in the navigation menu, then Sign out beneath your name.

    How can I view my order history?
    Log in to your account on our website to view your order history and current order status.

  • What is a Gift Card?
    Gift cards are unique digital codes that recipients can use as payment in our online store.

    Our Gift Cards are digital products. A physical card will not be mailed.

    Gift cards never expire.

    Purchasing Gift Cards
    When purchasing a gift card, you will be directed to checkout after clicking Purchase. At checkout, you can choose to email the gift card code to the recipient or to yourself.

    Redeeming a gift card
    After the recipient receives their gift card, they can redeem it by purchasing products at www.chillybeaver.com and entering the gift card code at checkout. They can apply the gift card to any physical product.

    Gift cards apply to the order total, including tax, shipping, and any transaction fees. If the order total exceeds the gift card value, you'll pay the remaining amount using one of our store's supported payment methods or another gift card.

  • Do you accept promotional codes?
    Yes. Promotional codes are accepted and can be used at the time of purchase. Valid promotional codes are solely issued by www.chillybeaver.com during online promotional events.

    How do I use a promotional code?
    Enter your promotional code at checkout in the designated field, and the discount will be applied to your order total.

  • How much does shipping cost?
    We offer $7 (USD) standard shipping on all orders!

    What are your shipping options?
    We offer a standard shipping option only at this time.

    How do I track my order?
    You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@chillybeaver.com.

    When will I get my order?
    Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
    ● USA: 3–4 business days
    ● International: 10–20 business days

    Where will my order ship from?
    We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Your order will ship from the facility that is closest to you.

    Where do you ship to?
    At this time, we only ship to the U.S.A., Canada, New Zealand and Australia. We hope to ship globally in the near future!

    Will I be charged customs for my order?
    An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

    My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
    Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
    ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
    ● Ask your local post office if they have your package
    ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@chillybeaver.com with your order number.
    If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

  • What’s your return policy?
    We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@chillybeaver.com.

    Do you offer refunds?
    Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@chillybeaver.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

    Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
    At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing chart—we have one for every product listed in our store, located in the product photo carousel. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@chillybeaver.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

    I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
    We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@chillybeaver.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

  • When will I be charged for my order?
    Your chosen payment method will be charged at the time of purchase.

    Can I receive a refund if I cancel my order?
    Yes, if you cancel your order before it has been processed, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us at info@chillybeaver.com for help.

    What should I do if I have issues with my payment?
    If you encounter any problems with payment, please double-check your information and try again. If the issue persists, contact us at info@chillybeaver.com for help.

  • What currency are your prices in?
    All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD), and charges will be made in this currency.

    Do you charge sales tax?
    Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to locations where it is required by law. When applicable, the tax amount will be calculated and shown at checkout.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options as shown at checkout, including Apple Pay, Klarna, Link and many more!

    Can I use more than one payment method?
    Currently, we only accept one payment method per order. However, you can use gift cards or promotional codes along with PayPal.

    Is my payment information secure?
    Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your personal and payment information is protected.
